The Fee for Registered Participants includes:
Abstract, Conference Bag, T-shirts, Conference Reception, Tea/Coffee

Delegate Cancellation

Between August 1st and September 30, the delegate fees will be refunded half of each registration fee. After October 1, no refunds will be given. All cancellations must be received in writing by post, fax or e-mail. Delegates who fail to arrive at the conference will still be liable to pay the full amount invoiced.
